Student information is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing purposes. Full stop. Your data exists for one reason: to help you manage enrolments.
Sensitive information like medical details and emergency contacts is encrypted at the application level. All storage is encrypted at rest, and every connection is secured in transit. Your login credentials are protected with modern security standards.
Each provider's data is kept in its own separate database. Other providers cannot see your information. If you leave Foxloop, you can export everything and request account deletion.
We only collect what's needed to run your enrolments. No tracking pixels, no behavioural analytics on students, no building profiles. If we don't need it, we don't collect it.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We take our legal obligations as seriously as our moral ones.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner promptly, as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
See enrolment data, parent contact details, and student information for their own program only. Cannot access other programs' data.
See only their own students' enrolment status, class details, and account information. Cannot see other families' data.
Access is limited to what's needed for technical support and keeping things running. We don't browse your data. All access is logged.
