Student information is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing purposes. Full stop. Your data exists for one reason: to help you manage enrolments.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with modern algorithms. We follow industry best practices so that even if something goes wrong, your data stays protected.
Each school's data is isolated in its own database. Other tenants cannot see your information. If you leave FoxLoop, you can export everything and request full deletion.
We only collect what's needed to run your enrolments. No tracking pixels, no behavioural analytics on students, no building profiles. If we don't need it, we don't collect it.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and NSW health records legislation. We take our legal obligations as seriously as our moral ones.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner promptly, as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
See enrolment data, parent contact details, and student information for their own program only. Cannot access other programs' data.
See only their own students' enrolment status, class details, and account information. Cannot see other families' data.
Access is limited to what's needed for technical support and keeping things running. We don't browse your data. All access is logged.
