Welcome to Foxloop, a platform operated by Artie Codes Pty Ltd (ABN: 77 653 043 102). These Terms govern your use of the Foxloop portal as a parent, guardian, or end-user ("User", "you") interacting with educational providers.
Foxloop provides the technology portal for you to interact with your chosen Educational Provider ("Provider"). We supply the administrative software; we do not provide educational services, instruction, or care.
Any booking, enrolment, or payment made through Foxloop constitutes a direct legal contract between you and the Provider. Artie Codes Pty Ltd is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility for the delivery of the services.
All payments made through Foxloop are routed directly to the Provider via Stripe.
Artie Codes Pty Ltd cannot and will not issue refunds for classes, term fees, or enrolment deposits. All refund requests must be directed to the Provider in accordance with their policies.
Foxloop acts as a neutral technology provider and will not mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the Provider.
You may request to delete your account via the parent portal, provided all active enrolments are cancelled first. Account deletion requests trigger a 30-day grace period, during which you may cancel the request. After 30 days, your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and uploaded documents are permanently anonymised or deleted. However, de-identified transactional records (such as attendance and payment history) are preserved to maintain platform integrity.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access and use the Foxloop portal. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload any malicious code or viruses, or to attempt to access data belonging to other users or Providers to which you are not authorised.
Because Foxloop solely provides the software infrastructure, we are not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or breaches of contract by the Educational Provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artie Codes Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the educational services provided to your child.
You maintain control over the personal and sensitive information (including health and medical data) uploaded to your profile. By submitting this data, you grant the Provider explicit permission to access it for the purpose of delivering their services. This data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended by the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 (POLA).
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
