By accessing or using the FoxLoop platform ("the Service") operated by FoxLoop ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a School account. Parents registering on the platform must be at least 18 years of age or the legal guardian of the child being enrolled. Children do not interact with the platform directly.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
FoxLoop provides a cloud-based enrollment management platform that allows Schools to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing core features that would materially affect your use of the Service.
Schools subscribe to the Service on a monthly billing cycle. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Current pricing is available at /pricing.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require an active subscription to continue using the Service. We will notify you before the trial expires.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before it takes effect.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by FoxLoop and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.
You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Schools may export their enrollment data at any time through the admin dashboard. Upon account closure, we will provide a reasonable period (at least 30 days) for you to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We provide support via email at [email protected].
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold FoxLoop harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, we will provide time to export your data before deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that harms other Users or the Service. We will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach where appropriate, except in cases of serious misconduct.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a refund for the unused portion. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. Where GST applies, it is included in the stated price unless otherwise indicated. We will issue tax invoices as required under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FoxLoop regarding your use of the Service.
