Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start.
What if prices change?
We believe in fair pricing. If we ever increase prices, existing customers keep their current rate. Price changes only affect new subscribers.
How is my data kept separate from other providers?
Every provider on FoxLoop gets their own isolated database. Your families' information is completely separate from every other provider. Nothing is shared or mixed.
Do parents have to pay to use FoxLoop?
No. FoxLoop is free for families. Parents get a self-service portal where they can manage enrolments, update details, upload documents, and make payments. There is no cost to them.
Can I move my data if I leave?
Yes. You can export your enrolment data at any time through the admin dashboard. If you close your account, we give you at least 30 days to export everything before it is deleted.
